Delete Account
Learn how to permanently delete your account and associated data.
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
- All apps you have created
- Checklist progress and history
- Submission records
This action is irreversible. Please make sure to export any data you need before deleting your account.
Log into Your Account
Sign in to Xaapa with your Google account.
Manual Deletion via Dashboard
From your account settings, locate and click the "Delete Account" option to initiate the removal process directly.
Send Deletion Request
Send an email to support@xaapa.appwith the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Alternative Method
You can also request account deletion by contacting our support team directly. We will verify your identity and process the deletion accordingly.
After your account deletion request is processed:
- All personal data is permanently deleted from our database
- Data backups are purged within 30 days
- Your email address will be available for use on a new account
